#1 – Who we are
This is the website of Sans Souci Speakers Club (Solihull), which is a public speaking club located in Solihull in the UK. We are a non-profit organisation who charge a nominal membership fee to cover costs such as room hire and other miscellaneous expenses.
We are also members of the Association of Speakers Clubs.

#2 – What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
We use a contact form on this site, which collects your name and email address in order for us to correspond with you.
Our contact form also has a “consent” check box. Please note that when you use our contact form, the information will be checked through an automated spam detection service.
The contact form has a dedicated email address and we do not use the information you supply for marketing purposes and we only share it, with your permission, with club members and the Association of Speakers Clubs once you have become a member.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, which you have supplied via our contact form.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes and we only share it with club members and the Association of Speakers Clubs once you have become a member.

We protect all data associated with this site by: hosting with a reputable service provider, keeping up to date with all plugins, themes and versions of WordPress, using a number of security plugins and keeping up to date on WordPress security issues.
